Job title: Receptionist &Administrative Support Your mainresponsibilities at reception will be:
[*]Work from the   office reception desk, meet and greet clients, vendors, and staff;
[*]Assist   in the coordination and organization of administrative issues proactively,   for instance, meetings, events, and appointments;
[*]Monitor and   maintain office supplies and be responsible for receiving and managing related   invoices;

[*]Office   supervision to ensure efficient functioning of the workspace and employee   well-being;
[*]Responsible   for internal logistics (device delivery, inventories, and supplies)
Requirements:·      Previous experience in assistance/administrative/receptionistduties of 2-3 years;·      High level of English, Spanish andChinese;·      Ability to manage multiple tasks and Microsoft package;·      Work permit in Spain.
